New - Order is placed with accepted payment.
Auto-Fulfill - Order has been picked up by our auto-fulfillment process in preparation for processing.
Processing - Order has moved to the processing stage and is getting ready to be shipped.
Shipped - Shipped after being checked for quality. The order is out the door and might be arriving in multiple shipments.
ERROR Auto-Fulfill - During our careful quality assurance review process, an issue was detected and will be fixed very soon.
How to find your Order Status

Log In to Your Account
- Click the Log In button here.

Go to My Account
- You’ll land on the My Account page automatically after logging in. You can also access it by clicking “My Account” or the avatar icon at the top right of our site.

Track Recent Orders
- In My Account, find the Track Recent Orders option on the left side or scroll down to the Track Recent Orders section.

View Order Details
- In this section, you’ll see all past and current orders. Select View Details for the order you’re tracking.

Check Order Status
- On the Order Details page, scroll down to the Status section. This is located below the billing and shipping address information, next to Date/Time. This section will show whether your order is processed, picked, or shipped.

Tracking Number
- If your order has shipped, a tracking number will be displayed in the Status section. Use this number to check the estimated delivery time.

Multiple Shipments
- If your order has been shipped in multiple packages, each shipment will be listed separately with:
- Carrier name
- Items included
- Tracking number
