- Claims must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the order being placed.
- Product Protection DOES NOT protect against stolen packages.
- Only shipping related losses or damages are covered. Product Protection DOES NOT protect against anything that happens to your merchandise after it is delivered.
- Product Protection covers one instance of a lost or damaged package per order number.
