AllDayShirts Product Protection helps protect against packages lost or damaged during shipping. If you need to submit a claim, follow these steps:

Log in to Your Account: Access your account by clicking the top-right icon or by logging in. You will be redirected to the My Account page. https://www.alldayshirts.com/myaccount.

Go to Quality Control:
- Find the Quality Control section by scrolling down below the Address Book or clicking Quality Control in the left-hand menu.

Create a Product Protection Claim:
- Click Add Request.
- Select Add New Request and choose the corresponding category.
- Fill in your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Order #.
- Attach any relevant files or photos of the damage (accepted formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .txt).
- Add Comments detailing your claim.

Submit Request: Click Submit Request to complete the process.
A representative will review your claim and reach out with further assistance.
Important Terms:
- Claim Window: Claims must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the order being placed.

Limitations:
- Product Protection covers only shipping-related losses or damages.
- It DOES NOT cover stolen packages or damages occurring after delivery.
- Product Protection covers one instance of a lost or damaged package per order number.
- Product Protection DOES NOT protect against anything that happens to your merchandise after it is delivered
