Log into your account by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.

Go to My Account (you’ll land here automatically or access it by clicking “My Account” or the avatar icon at the top right of our site).

In My Account, go to Track Recent Orders:
- Find this option on the left side or by scrolling down to the Track Recent Orders section.

View Order Details:
- You’ll see all past and current orders. Select View Details for the order you’re tracking.
- On this page, scroll down to find the Status section, located below the billing and shipping address information and next to Date/Time. This shows whether your order is processed, picked, or shipped.

Tracking Number:
- If your order has shipped, a tracking number will be shown in this section (same as the status section). Use it to check the estimated delivery time.

Multiple Shipments:
- If your order has shipped in multiple packages, you’ll see each shipment listed separately with the following.
- Carrier name
- Items included
- Tracking number
- If your order has shipped in multiple packages, you’ll see each shipment listed separately with the following.
