How will I be notified when my order ships?

1. Receive Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email notification with your tracking number.

2. Allow Time for Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. Check back if it’s not immediately available.

3. Check Tracking in Your Account: You can also log into your account anytime to view your tracking information as it updates.

   • Log in to Your Account by clicking the top-right icon or logging in directly (or click here login to account). You’ll then land on the My Account page.
   • In My Account, go to Track Recent Orders. You’ll find this option on the left side or by scrolling down to the Track Recent Orders section.
   • Click View Details for your order to access the tracking information as it becomes available.

4. Multiple Shipments: Some orders may ship from multiple warehouses. If you receive part of your order, please allow up to 7 days for any remaining items to arrive.
