Step 1: Log into your account by clicking here.
Go to My Account (you’ll land here automatically or access it by clicking “My Account” or the avatar icon at the top right of our site).
Step 2: On the left-hand side of the My Account page or below the "Quality Control Ticket" section, look for the "Upload Resale Certificate" area.
Step 3: Click the green "Upload Certificate" button in this section. Here, you can upload your resale certificate along with its expiration date.
Once uploaded, your certificate will be securely stored in your account, making future purchases tax-exempt on eligible items.
For First-Time Customers:
- Create an account by selecting "Login" at the top right corner or click here.
- Follow the instructions above to upload your resale certificate on the "My Account" page. This will ensure your first order is processed as tax-exempt!
